Upon a plea of not guilty, appellant Dwight Perry Kelly was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery, enhanced, and punishment was assessed at 99 years confinement. By three issues, appellant contends the trial court 1) abused its discretion in denying appellant's motion to recuse or disqualify the presiding judge; 2) committed reversible error in denying appellant's motion to suppress evidence of a suggestive pretrial identification procedure...
