¶ 1. PETERSON, J.

Stuart Yates appeals the judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault of a child, and an order denying his post-conviction motion to withdraw his no contest plea. Yates' motion alleged that his plea was not knowing and voluntary because the trial court failed to inform him of the presumptive mandatory release date pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 302.11(1g)(am).1
