C.L.B. was on probation, and under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, at the time he was alleged to have committed a robbery. The Juvenile Officer filed a motion to modify, asking the court to find not just that C.L.B. had violated his probation by committing the crime, but to adjudicate C.L.B.'s guilt of the crime.
