Appellant sued Servando Luna and his employer, appellee, for injuries to their minor child caused by the negligence of Luna. Luna went to Mexico and did not participate in the trial. The jury found Luna was negligent, but also found he was not acting within the course and scope of his employment. Thus, appellee, Seven Seventeen HBE Corporation d/b/a Adam's Mark Hotel, was not responsible for Luna's negligence. Appellant...
