Sifton, then-Chief Judge) convicting him after a seven-week jury trial of one count of misapplication of funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(1)(A), one count of bribery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(2) and five counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341.1...
