The Commission for Lawyer Discipline ("Commission") brought this disciplinary action against Mary O. Curtis ("Curtis"), alleging violations of multiple provisions of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. Following a non-jury trial, the trial court suspended Curtis from the practice of law for one year, six months active and six months probated.
