Curly Customs, Inc. (Curly), appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing its complaint following orders which allowed a motion for summary judgment filed by Bank of Boston, N.A. (bank), and denied a cross motion for summary judgment filed by Curly. Curly, a contractor, contends that the bank's motion for summary judgment should not have been allowed because there was a genuine issue of material fact whether the bank's representatives made assurances...
