Appellants, Orville and Ruth Berg, appeal the trial court's dismissal of their case pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens. In two points of error, the Bergs challenge the trial court's action, alleging the trial court erred by dismissing the case because (1) Mr. Berg's injury was caused by the appellees', AMF Inc., et al., act or omission in Houston, Texas, and (2) appellees failed to satisfy the statutory...
