Before the Court is a motion by Defendants Manuel Velazquez-Feliciano and Reynaldo Velazquez-Aviles to suppress wiretap evidence, Dkt. No. 219, and the Government's opposition, Dkt. No. 246. Defendants claim that the wiretaps at issue were obtained in violation of the strictures of Title III, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510 - 2522.
