Allen Bloom appeals the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board's denial of his request to replace his attending physician without the consent of his employer, Tekton, Inc. Bloom maintains that the board's decision contradicts its longstanding policy of permitting injured workers to substitute new attending physicians when the worker's current physician is unable or unwilling to treat.
