The primary issue in this appeal is presented by the contention that the survivors of a miner killed in the collapse of a trona mine can maintain an action for wrongful death against the employer despite the exclusive remedy articulated in Wyo. Const. art. 10, § 4. Appellants rely upon the provisions of Wyo. Const. art. 9, § 4 to support the action for wrongful death. This argument was resolved categorically...
