Otis were each charged in an indictment with one count of bankruptcy fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152 and one count of conspiracy to commit bankruptcy fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. The charges arose from their alleged concealment of Golenbocks and Steins ownership interest in a summer home in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, which they placed...
