This action is not brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 but rather as a civil rights claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, since both Plaintiff and Defendant, who was Plaintiff's supervisor, were employees of the Connecticut Department of Children and Families at the time the alleged discrimination occurred...
