Matlack, Inc. fired the appellee, Thomas O. Wilson, after a random drug test detected marijuana in his system. The Ohio Bureau of Employment Services ("bureau") denied unemployment benefits to the appellee, finding that Matlack discharged him for "just cause" in connection with his work. The Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas reversed the bureau's determination on the basis that the appellee's discharge...
