KNUDSON, J.:

Brian Legg appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside the underlying judgment of conviction and permit the withdrawal of his nolo contendere pleas. Legg asserts the trial court erred because the record does not affirmatively disclose that he made knowing and voluntary pleas.
