Appellants Jeffrey Hicks and Ricardus Flowers were charged with aggravated robbery, theft of property, and residential burglary as perpetrators of crimes connected with the burglary of Doyle Keith and Debbie Ann Coddington's home in Saline County. They were arrested while fleeing the crime scene and were tried together. The jury returned verdicts convicting each appellant of the charged crimes. Flowers was sentenced to twentyfive years' imprisonment...
