OPINION

WEISBERG, Judge.

¶ 1 Anthony Steven Anderson ("defendant") appeals his convictions and sentences for stalking, a class 3 felony; threats and intimidation, a class 1 misdemeanor; criminal damage, a class 2 misdemeanor; attempted aggravated assault, a class 4 felony; and aggravated assault, a class 4 felony. For the following reasons, we affirm defendant's convictions but remand for resentencing.
