The plaintiff, Marcos Kleinerman ("Kleinerman"), filed the instant lawsuit in Massachusetts Superior Court alleging that the defendant, Luxtron Corp. ("Luxtron"), breached a license agreement that allowed Luxtron to use two patents registered to Kleinerman. Luxtron removed the case to this Court, citing patent infringement as grounds for federal question subject matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331...
