Following a bench trial, appellant was found guilty of possession of a deadly weapon with intent to unlawfully threaten the life or physical well-being of another in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-8-103 (Lexis 1999). Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the charging information, the constitutionality of the warrantless seizure of firearms and ammunition from his home/business, and the sufficiency of the evidence pointing to intent...
