Plaintiff Douglas M. Cram ("plaintiff") brings the above-captioned action against defendant PepsiCo, Inc. ("defendant") alleging that defendant breached an employment separation agreement between the parties by refusing to allow him to exercise stock options allegedly granted to him pursuant to such agreement.
