The defendant, Abokor Gurreh, appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered after conditional pleas of nolo contendere, of sale of a controlled substance in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (b)1 and attempt to possess a controlled substance with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-492
