In this declaratory judgment action involving the ownership of motor vehicles, defendants, Johnny Mascarenas and Nathan Schlegel, appeal the trial court's order denying their request to conduct discovery and the summary judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, Keybank, National Association (Keybank).
