This case arises from a suit brought by Kevin Ahern and Gail Ahern (hereinafter, plaintiffs/appellees) against Al-Miraj, Inc. (hereinafter, defendant/ appellant) for breach of contract involving the construction of plaintiffs'/appellees' home.
