While going to work on December 23, 1996, Ladonna L. Wells slipped and fell on the ice-covered parking lot of the building where she worked. Her employer, Thomas J. Brown, a dentist, leased an office in the building. The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirmed an award of workers' compensation.
