This is an action by the purchaser of a used motor vehicle to recover for the defendant-seller's alleged misrepresentation, fraud, breach of implied warranties and G.L.c. 93A unfair and deceptive acts. After a jurywaived trial, a finding for the plaintiff was entered on his misrepresentation and G.L.c. 93A claims, and treble damages, attorney's fees and costs were awarded. The defendant has appealed pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C.
