¶ 1 Two questions are presented on certiorari. First, did the trial court commit legal error when it determined that the State's filing of an amended information did not discharge the Bondsman's obligation on the bail bond? Second, did the trial court abuse its discretion in refusing to vacate its forfeiture order under 59 O.S. Supp.1995, 1332(C)(5)(b)? Because the trial court did not commit legal error...
