This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A, appeal of the dismissal of plaintiff Anina Rasten's ("Rasten") complaint in this Cambridge District Court action.

The complaint alleged that defendant Yefim Zimbovsky ("Zimbovsky") defamed Rasten and intentionally or negligently inflicted emotional distress upon her by filing a spurious affidavit against her in the Brookline District Court. The affidavit was apparently part of Zimbovsky's application...
