Azaline Doyle seeks review of the decision of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Manuel Cofresi on March 11, 1997, adopted by the Appeals Council on November 23, 1998, that she is not entitled to Social Security disability insurance benefits from when she stopped working on November 6, 1995. The ALJ found that although Ms. Doyle suffered from a severe impairment that was traceable to her documented history of hypertension...
