Sendill Harrill appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee A.J.'s Wrecker Service (A.J.'s). In five issues, Harrill generally contends the trial court erred in (1) denying his motion to dismiss, (2) granting A.J.'s no-evidence motion for summary judgment, (3) finding that Harrill's claim was preempted by federal law, and (4) dismissing Harrill's first amended petition.
