After a jury convicted the defendant of trafficking in cocaine, G. L. c. 94C, § 32E(b), within 1,000 feet of a school, G. L. c. 94C, § 32J, the trial judge allowed the defendant's motions for required findings of not guilty. The Commonwealth has appealed the allowance of those motions to this court. Mass.
