The defendants move to dismiss the plaintiffs' action brought pro se1 in Connecticut State Court and removed to the federal court by them on diversity grounds.

This action results from a terrible tragedy. According to the complaint, Mrs. Greif was stopped on a bicycle on the edge of Route 4 in Farmington, Connecticut when a motor vehicle driven by Elmer Michaud...
