Defendant-appellant Cesár Orlando Torres-Rosa pled guilty to a charge that he had conspired to possess, with intent to distribute, large quantities of cocaine. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. On October 1, 1998, the district court imposed a 294-month incarcerative sentence. Torres-Rosa appeals, advancing three assignments of error.
