The defendant, Kareem Lewis, appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and committing him to the custody of the commissioner of correction to serve the suspended portion of his sentence. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly found him in violation of the terms of his probation pursuant to General Statutes § 53a-32, although he was not formally given notice of the statutory conditions...
