This is a Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, appeal by defendant Trust Insurance Company ("Trust") contesting the court's award of attorney's fees under G.L.c. 90, §34M, the Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") statute.

On May 6, 1994, Wendy Moon (the "insured") sustained injuries in an automobile accident while riding as a passenger in her father's van, which was insured by Trust. She was treated by a chiropractor and other medical providers...
