Introduction

In this suit on a note, the trial judge found for Defendant-Appellee Robert Skloff ("Defendant"). Plaintiff-Appellant Egil Stigum ("Plaintiff') seeks to overturn that finding. Because Plaintiff has not properly preserved his rights under the applicable appellate rules, we dismiss his appeal. In any event, there is adequate evidence to support the trial judge's factual conclusions.
