The state having conceded that appellant's offenses fall within the window period in which to challenge the sentencing guidelines provisions amended by Chapter 95-184, Laws of Florida, we reverse and remand for consideration of whether resentencing is necessary under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620, (Fla. 2000) (revised opinion).
