McRAE, Justice, for the Court:

¶ 1. This is a case concerning the breach of a contract for the purchase of a house. The plaintiffs purchased a house from the defendants, who knew that it had a defective septic system. After hearing expert testimony from both parties, the chancellor ruled for the plaintiffs and awarded the plaintiffs $3,375 for replacement of the system and $2,000 in attorney's fees.
