Clara Mae Coghlan Screws (Screws) and Coghlan & Sons (Coghlan) filed a complaint in the Chancery Court of Sharkey County seeking monetary damages for lost crops, as well as injunctive relief to unblock their access to an artificial drain on Roy Watson's property.
