No. 4D99-2146.

757 So.2d 1286 (2000)

Kimberlin FREETLY, Appellant, v. Wayne MASCOLO, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

May 31, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Karen Coolman Amlong and Judith M. Alexander of Amlong & Amlong, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

J. Scott Gunn of J. Scott Gunn, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

KLEIN, J.

The appellee father brought this action in the trial court to award him primary residential custody of his child. The mother responded with a counterclaim asking the trial court to determine paternity and grant her custody and child support. The trial court awarded custody to the father, and the mother appeals.

We find no abuse of discretion in the award of primary residential custody to the father.
