PATTERSON, Judge.

¶ 1 Michael and Sue Fromkin (Defendants) appeal from the trial court's summary judgment for Frank and Deborah Aaron and F & D Consulting, Inc. (Plaintiffs) on their securities fraud claim. Because the securities fraud claim is barred by the applicable statute of limitations, we reverse the summary judgment and grant summary judgment to Defendants.
