STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Plaintiff-Appellant Bobby Johnson appeals a trial court judgment granting defendant Arrowhead Security Services Inc.'s Motion for Directed Verdict and/or Involuntary Dismissal and dismissing his tort suit for damages for injuries he alleged that he sustained in an altercation with security guards and a deputy at the Villa d' Ames apartments.
