PER CURIAM.

There is no merit in the appellant's contentions which challenge his conviction and sentence for the sale of cocaine. In accordance with the oral pronouncement of the trial court and agreement of the state and defense counsel, however, the judgment and sentence for possession of cocaine are vacated.

Affirmed in part, vacated...
