¶ 1. A Tate County grand jury indicted Sherman Moore on one count of conspiracy, three counts of grand larceny, and two counts of burglary of a building other than a dwelling. Following a trial, the jury found Moore guilty on all counts. The circuit court sentenced Moore to a total of thirty-four years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, the last twelve years suspended...
