This is an action to recover for the defendants' alleged G.L.c. 93A unfair and deceptive acts and conversion of equipment leased to defendant Alice A. Bragan ("Bragan") and used by her in a restaurant she had operated on property owned by defendant Kenneth A. Grunst ("Grunst"). A default judgment was entered against Bragan. After trial, judgment was entered in favor of Grunst. The plaintiff has appealed pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C.<...
