District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

July 19, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ricardo S. Gende, in proper person.

Rosa Armesto de Gonzalez, Miami, for appellee.

Before LEVY and SORONDO, JJ., and NESBITT, Senior Judge.

PER CURIAM.

Having examined statements filed and briefs of the parties, we conclude that the appellant is receiving a maximum allotment for food stamp benefits under applicable federal and state guidelines. We do not reach Gende's claim about retroactive payments because it has been remanded for further consideration within the department.
