No. 1D99-2256.

763 So.2d 1261 (2000)

Dutch WYLIE, Appellant, v. The TURN KEY GROUP, Tilbury Construction and Humana Workers' Compensation Services, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

July 6, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Millard L. Fretland of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith & Cutler, P.A., Pensacola, for Appellant.

Kimberly A. Hill of Conroy, Simberg & Ganon, P.A., Hollywood, for Appellees.
