The issue in this case is whether a 1994 Florida child support order controls Louis Cascella's child support obligations, as the trial court ruled, or whether a 1992 Connecticut judgment is controlling.1 The trial court based its ruling on "laches," but there is no pleading or evidentiary hearing to support such a finding.
