Alvin Cooper Mack appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct sentence filed pursuant to Rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Mack was sentenced under Count II in trial court case number 90-2582 to three and one-half years incarceration as a habitual offender.
