D.M. was charged with sexual battery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:43.1, and aggravated incest, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:78.1. He entered a plea of not guilty and filed various pretrial motions, including a Motion to Suppress a statement he gave to police prior to being arrested. The Motion to Suppress was denied.
