[¶ 1] Nikolay Shulikov appeals the judgment of the York County Probate Court (Nadeau, J.) that terminated his parental rights in his youngest daughter. Shulikov argues that the court erred by: (1) collaterally estopping him from relitigating the question of his guilt with regard to criminal convictions for gross sexual assault, sexual abuse of a minor, and terrorizing involving a different daughter...
